| Threaded/Screwed Flanges | The threaded flange is similar to the slip-on except the bore is threaded. Slip-on flanges |
The slip-on flange has a low hub and slips onto the pipe prior to welding. Our slip-on flanges are available with raised, flat, or RTJ faces, and are also available in orifice configurations. These flanges are available in all of our stainless steel and chrome-moly grades, from ½" to 36" and beyond, class 150 to 2500. We also stock large diameter LDS Slip-On flanges in A105N, and can supply all sizes of LDS Slip-Ons and AWWA C207 Slip-ons - with or without a hub - with longer lead times. |  |
| Lap Joint flanges | The lap joint flange is practically identical to a slip-on except that it has a radius at the intersection of the bore and flange face. This radius is necessary to have the flange accommodate a lap joint stub end. The stub end is mated with the lap joint flange and used together in piping systems. These flanges are available in all of our stainless steel and chrome-moly grades, from ½" to 24" and beyond, class 150 to 2500. We also stock popular sizes of large diameter LDS Lap Joint flanges in A105N, and can supply all sizes of LDS Lap Joint with longer lead times. | |
| Blind Flanges | The blind flange is so named due to the lack of a bore: it is a solid flange. It is used to close off the ends of piping systems and pressure vessel openings. These flanges are available in all of our stainless steel and chrome-moly grades, from ½" to 36" and beyond, class 150 to 2500. We also stock large diameter Series A B16.47 Blind flanges in A105N, and can supply Series B and AWWA C207 Blind flanges in A105N with longer lead times. |  |

Socket Welding Flanges |
The socket weld flange is similar to a slip-on flange, except that it is has a bore and a counter bore. These act as a socket, holding the pipe in place before welding, hence the name. The counter bore is slightly larger than the OD of the matching pipe, allowing the pipe to be inserted into the flange. The difference in bore size acts only as a restriction to the depth insertion of the pipe, and therefore eliminates any restriction in flow. These flanges are available in all of our stainless steel and chrome-moly grades, from ½" to 4". |  |

| Nipoflanges | A Nipoflange is used in the pipe industry like a weldolet or a nipolet for s 90° branch connection. A Nipoflange is a combination of weldolet, nipolet and Flange. Two different pipe branch connections on the run pipe side a Nipoflange is designed like a Weldolet. That means the branch connection on the run pipe side is a welding connection.
